On week 4, we are going to use the final composition from week 3. We are going to learn on how to use filters on Adobe Photoshop. Learning filters in Adobe Photoshop opened up new creative possibilities for me. I started with basic ones like Blur and Sharpen to adjust focus, then explored creative options like Gaussian Blur and Motion Blur to add depth and movement. Using Smart Filters allowed non-destructive edits, which was a huge help.

Experimenting with artistic filters like Oil Paint and Cutout let me turn photos into illustrations. Combining filters led to unique effects, adding more creativity and polish to my designs.

In the second image, the colors have been adjusted or filtered to create a different mood. The second image has a darker overall tone, creating a more intense, perhaps foreboding atmosphere. In summary, the second picture’s darker tone makes the surreal elements of the collage feel more pronounced and dramatic, while also giving the scene a stronger sense of unease or mystery.
